Canon Printer Profiles

Canon seems to use a numeric system to identify their paper profiles which make it very hard when printing outside their Easy Photo Print EX software. Yesterday I took the time and opened each and every profile to ID what these cryptic numbers mean and made a list of the numbers and what paper they refer to.
